DNSBOX300 works seamlessly and securely with DNSBOX100 - a DNS slave/secondary appliance.
DNSBOX100 is a BIND-based slave, and offers all the benefits of the appliance format, including security, diskless operation and the ApplianSys admin interface. It can operate with any other DNS primary.
‘Remote secondary’ (REMSEC) functionality can be used to automatically slave zones on DNSBOX100 appliances when they are created on DNSBOX300, thereby cutting out almost 50% of administrative tasks required to create a new zone.
