# ApplianSys

> ApplianSys is a UK-based server appliance specialist, founded in 2000, with customers in 155+ countries. It designs, builds and sells purpose-built network appliances that make network managers' lives easier: CACHEBOX (web caching proxy appliances), DNSBOX (DNS, DHCP and IPAM / "DDI" appliances), and EDUGATEBOX (an all-in-one internet gateway for schools).

Customers include ISPs, enterprises, education authorities, schools, public sector bodies and service providers. All products are delivered as dedicated hardware/software appliances, backed by direct technical support, and positioned as simpler, more reliable and better value than general-purpose servers or software-only alternatives.
