Join us at ISTE Live 2022

June 15, 2022

ApplianSys will be conducting a survey of educators and tech directors at the ISTE Live 2022 conference in New Orleans, USA on 26-29th June.

The annual ISTE conference is one of the world’s most influential education events. In support of this year’s theme, “Empowering Educators, Elevating Equity”, our caching experts will be at the show to survey attendees on their classroom connectivity experiences.

Please join us at booth #2640 to learn more about our project and take part in the quick survey.

The insights we gather will form part of our regular submission to the US Federal Communications Commission on the connectivity picture in US schools.

ApplianSys will also gauge viewpoints on DHCP provision from school tech admins. As more school network services move to the cloud and the need for DHCP failover becomes more critical, DHCP is an emerging hot topic among network admins.

“After the FCC’s huge investment in bandwidth provision over the last few years, there couldn’t be a more important time for educators and network managers to share their experiences,” says Kelly Fees, Education CACHEBOX Consultant.

“The raw numbers on bandwidth capacity don’t tell the whole story – by taking a snapshot of educators’ actual experience in the classroom, we can update insights into how far the connectivity problem has been fixed and assess just how much of a gap remains.”

The annual ISTE Live event attracts over 16,000 attendees and industry representatives, including teachers, tech coordinators and directors, library media specialists, education leaders, tech providers and researchers from around the world.

Interested attendees can register for a free expo pass to join our team in New Orleans.
