In-house Sales Executive

ROLE
The UK's leading Server Appliance specialist seeks resourceful and motivated sales staff. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a young, ambitious and high growth company that leads the way in the international Server Appliance market.

As the In-house Sales Executive you will be a key member of the ApplianSys sales team. Your key responsibility will be to develop leads from the point that they are generated. This will entail, sending out relevant initial information and qualifying and managing leads to the point where they can be passed on to a senior sales person. The role may extend to a number of responsibilities within the sales process and beyond:

  • Account management, keeping in touch with customers on a regular basis, ensuring they've received the support they require and in general are satisfied
  • Closing sales, beginning with simpler prospects
  • Lead generation, may share in telesales and telemarketing activities

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3 - 4 years experience in a B2B, IT sales role
  • A track record of success in sales
  • The ability to speak with confidence about a range of products
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive and persistence to maintain activity levels and achieve targets
  • General knowledge of IT - knowledge of servers, networking and IP technologies
